Pros
Working closely with the owner is great, she is super sweet and very involved. She is very open to new ideas and really gives you full creative rein.
Cons
It is a very small company, so a lot of the time you are working by yourself. Although, you have a good amount of face-time with clients so you aren't too lonely!
