Tough environment for developers and database admins - they don't seem to last - Programme Analyst CAMP Systems Employee Review

If there were a hell for developers and dba's, this might be it. There is endless amount of work with little recognition or respect. There's a big emphasis on project management and work flow, but things seem disorganized and priorities keep shifting. I don't think bosses know what they are doing. Many co-workers are miserable and dissatisfied too. I wonder if senior management cares about why the good people keep leaving?
