Pros

- decent pay BUT you'll be working for it - no work-life balance - most people love their jobs and are a pleasure to work with - it's a cool brand and you get a VERY small discount for items at the stores

Cons

- things are constantly changing and moving at a rapid pace - they're super disorganized (financially too...) this means lay-offs and constant changing in direction - clique-y - there is definitely a clique that exists.. hopefully you're in it, but if not.. GOOD LUCK - the DEI committee is super perforative, it exists so they say that they have one but they're not actually making anything happen which is disappointing - my manager was HORRIBLE, did not know how to manage someone, didn't provide helpful feedback, did not give me a track to advance in my career nor did she care about me as a person. I was laid-off and never heard from her..

Pros

I worked at Camp 5th Ave for a while and I have so much love for this place. The people!! I don't have enough words to express how much I really care for all the people I got to work with, even when days where really rough it was so nice to be surrounded by incredible people like all the SEA's, managers, and of course our GM!! The job itself can be really fast-paced, but personally a lot of the time you do have a lot of fun especially when you're working with people who make it enjoyable. I found the pay to be good as well. The experience going on at the time was not my favorite thing ever but we got the hang of it pretty fast. I also thought it was nice to see a lot of people from corporate coming to check in and they were really friendly.

Cons

It can be a little exhausting I guess? Don't have a lot of negatives to say.

Pros

There are a handful of incredible people who really try hard to keep the trains running at corporate and lots of great people working in the stores.

Cons

No coherent strategy, constant whiplash, constant turnover, no room to grow, no passion for the business evident at the leadership level.
