Compensation and also very good people there

Work shifts were not good

- Board Of Directors seem interested in improving the chamber - Flexibility / days off - paid vacation - Inclusivity in certain aspects

- Toxic work environment - Negative gossiping and continuous backstabbing amongst staff - divide and conquer work culture - Toxic leadership within staff - unusual working activities - No overtime pay - favoritism - unprofessionalism - unenthusiastic environment - lots of loud voices and yelling - invation of privacy of your computer and workspace area - For women, sexual harrassment - pandering to narcissistic leadership - lack of appreciation of hard work - male chauvinism I came with the enthusiasm, and left with resentment. Something that has never been the case in any of my previous jobs. Any other working environment is probably healthier than CAMACOL´s.
