      Leadership is knowledgeable, experienced, and well-connected in the industry

      Cons

      No company structure at all. Unclear roles, poor communication, and employees aren’t really set up to succeed imo

      Nice environment, I had a good supervisor that helped me throughout my internship.

      It was good for a start in my career, but I want to continue in a different direction.
