Pros

There are many talented and dedicated people throughout the organization. I had the opportunity to work with knowledgeable colleagues and participate in interesting projects. Teams often do their best to support customers despite significant challenges and resource constraints.

Cons

The company appears to have a recurring pattern when it comes to acquired products, customers, and employees. Following acquisitions, there are often assurances that the acquired products will continue to receive investment and support. However, over time, resources are reduced, key personnel leave or are laid off, and product teams are expected to do more with less. When customer retention and revenue decline as a result, responsibility is frequently placed on the product teams despite limited investment or support from leadership. Eventually, products are sunset, and customers are forced to migrate elsewhere. This has created skepticism among both employees and customers regarding long-term commitments made during acquisitions. Leadership often feels disconnected from the day-to-day realities facing employees and customers. There is significant focus on reporting short-term wins and strategic initiatives, but less emphasis on solving underlying operational and product challenges. The company also appears eager to chase industry trends, such as AI, without a clear execution strategy or measurable outcomes. At the same time, layoffs and cost-cutting measures have reduced institutional knowledge and increased pressure on remaining employees. A growing number of experienced employees have been replaced with lower-cost offshore resources. While global teams can be highly effective when properly supported, the transition has often resulted in the loss of product expertise and customer relationships that took years to build. Many customers have expressed concerns about these changes.

Pros

Great communication to sales, weekly meetings, product team reviews. Good opportunity for a self-starter with strong professional sales experience.

Cons

Very lean operationally, you have to be aware that you need to be able to drive your own success as there are not big support teams.

Pros

The work itself can be interesting if you enjoy consulting, and the clients are genuinely great to work with. This was once a really good company with a strong culture before the private equity takeover — sadly, that version no longer exists.

Cons

Management is a disaster from top to bottom. Constant micromanagement while simultaneously having no real understanding of what consultants actually do day-to-day. Priorities shift constantly — what was critical last week is completely irrelevant this week, with zero explanation. Communication is poor at best, nonexistent at worst. Leadership doesn't listen to the people on the ground doing the actual work. To top it off, they are aggressively outsourcing to India, so don't get too comfortable in your role regardless of how well you perform.
