Pros
The leadership team at CADD is incredibly caring and has been amazing throughout the COVID pandemic. Some other Pros include: - Thoughtful consideration of new ideas - Desire to "do whats right" for both customers and employees - Great name in the industry/area with lots of recognition - CADD is constantly looking to fix things that arent working well, including mindsets - Not difficult to exceed quota and earn more than OTE - Fun team of co-workers, feels like a "work fam"
Cons
- Starting total compensation (OTE) is slightly below average when compared to similar roles in the DC area - 90% of management started their careers at CADD and have worked with the organization for 10-20+ years. This causes leadership to be a little myopic at times as they have limited experience outside of CADD. - Getting better, but there is a tendency to favor tenure over merit - Need to foster more of a results focused sales culture
