Pros
Been quite happy with my time at CADCA. Not only is the work itself generally enjoyable and impactful, the coworkers are great and the workspace is comfortable. I see there are photos supposedly of the office space on the page here, but those must have been the old office- the new one is vastly superior and actually has color and light. It’s also in a great location not far from downtown Old Town. While the office operates on a hybrid mode, every department seems to approach the hybrid mode differently regarding which days are in the office and which are from home. There’s an added bonus of getting quite a decent amount of holiday and vacation time including half days before three-day weekends.
Cons
Lack of promotion potential is a big one, yet there’s not much to be done about that considering it’s already a small organization.
