No cost of living adjustment or performance raise for 6 years No pay when transitioning from one contract to another. My last transition took 1 month costing me 10k lost income. Non compete agreement prevents you from doing outside contracting work. Managements attitude is if you don’t like it you can leave. What kind of people have a business plan where their employees lose money every year and are expected to be grateful for it. “Please Sir, may I have another half a bowl of soup?”
