Pros
Good 401k match even though the 3% discretionary only vests after 6 years... Good vacation policy. associate and up get 20 days + 3 personal. Come in and go home kind of place.
Cons
Forced all employees back into the office in June of 2020 for no reason. No accommodation for working mothers or prior health conditions. No long term business growth or prospects, people are jumping ship in droves this year; all top female talent has already left (search efinancial careers for the article). No opportunities for junior staff, heavy white French male presence, especially in management. Comp for junior FO roles is 40-60% below market, no long term prospects. Morale is at an all time low.
