After being with five different employers in my career, this was my worst experience so far due to the below reasons: 1. Culture of shame and blame; keeping a log of everyone's errors visible to all. 2. Long hours with no overtime; 3. Lack of work structure/ limit; you never know what you will be in charge of in the next hour. 4. Poor work/ life balance; meetings set after working hours multiple times a week; 5. Unreachable HR reps; did not receive any answer to my inquiries via Teams or Outlook multiple times. 6. Appointing people with no relevant experience at management positions; 7. Outdated and slow IT infrastructure; 8. Lack of enough space on the floor; some had to work on temporary desks some days.
