People Team are fantastic, I feel very supported both personally and professionally. Senior team are very approachable and friendly. Very well organised in the area I work in, with fantastic culture and events offering.
Cons
When you need to step outside of the Business Unit you're in and engage more widely it can feel like a different company (and not in a good way).
