Pros
It's a very organized company with policies and instructions defined for everything. Insurance is good and they pay as scheduled.
Cons
There's one un professional person responsible for salary and visa/GC negotiations. Don't loose to him, never trust him and don't let him manipulate you. He keeps saying he cares about you, but his first concern is money.
In your negotiations with him, make sure to to add an item to your contract to give you a three months paid grace period in case of getting laid of.
