Pros
Everyone I worked with did all they could to raise me from a newbie to an experienced and capable insurance agent. Supportive environment within the sales team members, supervisors who are there genuinely trying to lead you to greatness. I hope the team is just as strong as it was the last time I was there over a year ago.
Cons
While this is a good entry point into the insurance business, your mileage may vary. I'm probably too naive myself to experience and recognize the cons first hand, but I know there's a mix of people who have moved on and those who are happy to stay with the company for a long time.
