Avoid this company - Property Accountant CA Ventures Employee Review

How much time do you have? Management has absolutely no idea what they're doing. There is an embarrassing level of immaturity at the management level that only seems to be getting worse. The hours are absurd and having a life outside of work at CA Ventures is almost impossible. There is no room for professional growth since they tend to hire from the outside. They don't seem to understand that this doesn't help motivate employees. No one that I worked with felt happy in their role and everyone wants out. My personal level of happiness was at an all time low while working here. Loved ones were genuinely concerned. There is a hilarious lack of communication and transparency. Many of the people are pretentious. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. It's a shame I had to give it one star because that's a lot more than it deserves.
