If you're a salesperson, skip this position. There were literally 4 new sales managers that were in and out in only a 12 month period while employed here. A typical day is cold calling with zero qualified leads provided to new salespeople. Notice the shifts in management along with the complete disregard to apply the principles they sell to their own staff. They have zero employee recognition internally, so how do they expect to successfully promote "People are Everything" is beyond me and everyone else that has worked there in the past 10 years. In recent history, HR Management was fired for improper conduct with an Executive. Yikes.
