Pros

Good clients with interesting work to do Some fun people, for the short time they were able to stay around Alcohol in the office The director-level employee who ACTUALLY runs everything for this company (as opposed to the CEO/founder who claims to) is extremely diligent and hardworking, but I chalk that up to Stockholm syndrome...

Cons

Seems strange that the only other reviews for this company were posted so recently and within a month of each other when this company has been around for 7+ years... There's a reason that the average time people work here is about 6 months to a year (in my experience): because that's how long it takes to find another job. From the crazy-high rate of turnover and total lack of leadership to the micromanagement of every aspect of daily tasks and the entire absenteeism of the CEO, this is not a company I'd recommend anyone work for. I worked 60+ hour weeks so that the CEO/founder of the company could work 10-15 hour weeks. Which - it's her company and she can run it into the ground if she wants to - but when there are only 5-8 people working for the company at a time, it's hard not to notice. She would also tell me that she was going to be out of the office to get her eyebrows waxed or to get a facial when I was working until 11PM multiple nights... If you're going to work here, be prepared to get a To Do list sent to you every day rather than being treated as a responsible adult capable of managing your own time and getting your own work done. Also, expect to work very long hours, to take on additional responsibilities beyond your assigned role, and to be turned down when you ask for even a small raise (even after being asked to take on the additional work of other people who have quit).

Pros

Great clients and plenty of opportunity to create innovative content for those clients. Ideas generally come to fruition, which is very rewarding. Fun and kind team. Plenty of opportunity for growth. Great opportunity to learn how all facets of the industry work (photo shoot production, client interaction, time management, influencer initiatives, event planning, etc.)

Cons

Hours can be long during busy periods and you'll often work on tasks that aren't in your direct job description (this can be viewed as a pro or a con, depending on the task!).
