Great coworkers who always had your back but the company lacked solid leadership and decision makers. - Anonymous employee C5 Insight Employee Review

Pros

There were some good projects and clients. Most of the time you could count on your team to do their part and then some.

Cons

Salaries and bonus structure not competitive for industry or distributed fairly among employees doing the work. Too often we were a "one man" project with little to no support other than a PM that would briefly talk with you and then report something back to client. Upper management was rarely proactive and didn't really plan out (financially) for the future. Mgmt didn't support teams, were "too busy" to do annual reviews and didn't have best interest in mind for advancement/training etc.

Pros

Culture is second to none. Each day you feel as if you have purpose and everyone is more than helpful. Its an excellent workplace.

Cons

Bonus thresholds can be very challenging to achieve. Also if you aren't one to wear several hats/roles than it may not be for you.

Pros

After working with a variety of companies I was so excited to get to join C5 Insight. They had a good rep in the community and I had used their blogs many times to help get me solve issues. It was my dream job. And I can honestly say even though the face of C5 has changed while I have been there, it continues to be my dream job. I cannot imagine being anywhere else. Here are so more specific pros... *Variety of areas to focus on keeps things interesting and rarely boring *Servant mentality is true in serving clients, employees and colleagues *Consistent push with a safety net to acquire new skills and test the limits of our comfort zone with technology and business acumen while someone is always there to lend a helping hand or suggestion *Appreciation is given at times both when appreciation is usually given (end of a project or came up with a good solution) and unexpected times (random just wanted to say thank you notes and emails) *Open book management *Suggestions and constructive criticism is for the most part taken as intended by management and colleagues

Cons

C5 is not for the following people. Anyone who... *is overwhelmed by a variety of areas of focus *does not want to get involved with the business aspect of a company *does not want to help improve how things are done *wants to work on one thing every day for months on end *wants to know every step of the way without wanting to help draw the map
