Pros

I've been working for C4Media for 14 years, since the company was founded. I've had various positions throughout the years, and working here helped me evolve a lot both professionally and personally. It's a pity everything ended so abruptly due to the COVID-19 situation.

Cons

Haven't found any cons that should be mentioned

Pros

There are many pros. The culture of the company at all levels takes the core values very seriously. They are not items for wall adornment: it's real. Everyone loves what they do, they work hard to deliver the best experience to the conference attendees, and they support each other in a way I have not seen in nearly any of my past 20 years in my career. The company truly cares about the people resources, the benefits are extremely competitive and generous compared to comparable roles. The remote work culture is perfect for my lifestyle and work-pace. The team is connected constantly through video chats and meetings so you never feel displaced or out of sync. You know exactly what you should be doing and who you need to work with. This is an ideal company if you are eager to get into projects and you know you have great work ethics. The company is small, so it is not possible to hide in the numbers like a large organization. Everyone contributes and it's obvious from the quality of the work and the quality of the teams.

Cons

If you are not used to working remotely, this can be a challenge for you. The team is extremely supportive and will work hard to help you get your remote style going if you're not used to it. But... if your style requires a lot of direct and near constant manager interaction, this isn't a place for you. Management cares and is involved, but they trust the team is "getting on with it."
