      Pros

      Perfect company to begin your career if you want to make a career in training industry. Very useful for all CAT and GMAT aspirants. Can improve almost all of the skills from time management, decision making, client dealing and all.. You get to learn how to run an enterprise.

      Cons

      No steps taken for expansion to other areas. More employees could be brought in so that all the members of c4 group are not overloaded with work.

      Pros

      Flat Hierarchy. Young, dynamic and friendly management. Good Pay and Profit sharing plans. Great potential for the future. Can get trained by the directors. Free food and decent accommodation provided for outstation programs.

      Cons

      No standard processes. Sometimes programs are scheduled on weekends also. Programs are not planned year round. Work only 6 to 7 months a year. Remaining time allocated for content development.

      Pros

      The Senior management is concerned about our growth and personal problems. The help us in every way they can to improve ourselves. Scope to learn. High growth in less time.

      Cons

      Nothing specifically. However it would be better if they hire more permanent employees and concentrate in other areas of training too.
