The managing director stands out from others I have worked for. Not only does he have an experienced understanding of the core activity and direction of the business, but he also demonstrates the ability to understand and set the example in carrying out any of the supporting roles within the business. I have never known him to be unreasonable in what he asks of the team members. Basically, all he asks is that they carry out their work in line with the company procedures and training they have received. He also shown real humanity in showing understanding to team members who are dealing with family health issues, and also fully respects holiday time.

The business operates 24/7/365, so there can be a need to work a rolling or fixed shift pattern - however, this is always agreed in advance

- Good opportunity and learning experience (Even more if you want to do career in logistics). - I have been trusted by the management and the team (I have had additional responsaibilities as looking after some important customers accounts). - Improved as a profesional but also personally. - The team is what I would highlight the most, I have met fantastic people that are now my friends.
