Pros

The cross-platform, multi-touch marketing attribution space is poised for significant growth as consumers engage brands across devices, media platforms, and physical locations. The tide is rising.

Cons

Strategy is to fail fast; lacking any sort of tactical priorities. Lots of starts and stutters. Outbound teams have been built and shuttered in less than 9 months. Sales folks are supposed to be magicians bringing new logos onboard in less than 3 months [with sales cycle greater than 4 months on average]. It's a burn and churn, transactional approach leading to lots of running and going nowhere.

Pros

Great CEO who truly cares about the employees. New Global Brands joining the customer base (4 in the Q4 alone.) A dedicated group of employees and a flexible work schedule make it an ideal place to work. You can truly feel part of a team and have a voice in the growth of the company

Cons

Still running lean and mean so can feel overwhelmed at times. Team lunch is almost always Chipotle, it would be nice for some variety!
