      Pros

      Excellent people to work with. Relatively little politics Straight forward business drivers.

      Cons

      It's a large enterprise that's ran as a small garage business. The systems, processes and way of working hasn't really scaled to be where it needs to be.

      Pros

      This company offers great pay, incentive pay, and benefits. As well as, amazing overpay for overtime. Also, a friendly, clean, safe work environment. I like the contest things and the dressing up for special days etc.

      Cons

      I sense it is very cliquey, and alot of favortizing. It seems if your not in the group, you and your position growth and successful behaviors does not matter. Seems if your not in the click you wont go no where but a call agent. The point system is ridiculous.
