      Good solid exposure, lots of freedom and flexibility in work hours able guidance of seniors, lot of quality work.

      Cons

      Sometimes too hectic, no lunch , cafeteria, no wifi, no company cab

      Pros

      Initial great learning experience. Company is being managed by people with 25+ years of experience in semiconductor industry.

      Cons

      Conns are same as every service based company faces . The Projects undertaken are very demanding in terms of time and efforts. Have to spend most of the weekends at office.
