Pros
I see on the website the people I used to work with there are no longer there so it might be a different and better type of company.
Cons
The people who were there before were very difficult to work with and for. For it to be a small company, I was surprised it was cliquey and cut throat. I was expecting more from a women's non-profit. But I am glad to see the people who made my job difficult are all gone...
