Work life balance is always there. Company lunches/dinners, vendor events, trade shows all for performing employees. Manufacturers constantly coming in to train on products.

If you are looking for formal training and a long boring classroom way of learning to sell...This isn't the place for you. If you can learn to adapt, work with people, and be a team player it's a great company.
