10yIt is great to hear that you share our passion for learning - we believe in our students and their potential for greatness. The quality of C2’s instruction and staff is evidenced by extremely positive customer interviews and a high percentage of customer referrals. In fact, 73% of customers have recommended C2 and most C2 students renew their hours after using up their initial purchase. Thank you for sharing your experience at the Chatham center. Our leadership team has recognized the need for and has made significant strides to improve the channels of communication within the organization. We have also gone thru a complete redesign of the training program with a huge focus on the “C2 Way” that encourages engagement and a sense of community from the start. Current opportunities for collaboration exist through discussions, peer-review assignments, and webinars that create a sense of “together-ness.”
