Pros

Good training system. Opportunities to move up.

Cons

Expect to work overtime every week. District managers and regional vp's are uneducated, unprofessional, old Asian women whose monthly/quarterly bonuses depend on center director's sales performance, and they have no work experience outside the Asian community. So often times, you are expected to work 6 days a week and stay after hrs to make more sales, unless you reached your unreasonably and unrealistically high monthly sales goal. These people have no life outside of work, so they willingly work 50+hrs/week and expect you to do the same. I have witnessed so much power struggle, gossip, drama, fights amongst the upper management. All they care about is money, not education. There's a reason this company has one of the highest turnover rates.
