Had a lot of fun working with kids. Hours are flexible at my location. Center Director is helpful
Cons
Commute time. Maybe hours, since only in late afternoon/evening. Not much guidance. Dealing with angry CD possibly.

Don't treat office assistants as human beings.Make one person do the job of 3 people.Cleaning trash to grading SAT students are done by the same person.Long working hrs (10-13hrs).
