Good time off if you can take it. Limited supervision.
Cons
Toxic environment, people do not work with each other and no one wants to do the work. People routinely yell at each. The systems are so locked down with red tape and ever changing systems that projects go painfully slow. No cost of living raises, and bonuses are discretionary.
