Pros

There are still some dedicated, hard-working people at the company, particularly among the individual contributor teams. Many employees are committed, professional, and trying to do good work despite broader organizational challenges.

Cons

The company has a difficult workplace culture that often feels more focused on internal politics than performance, accountability, or operational execution. There are still many capable individual contributors trying to do good work, but leadership alignment and decision-making are major challenges. The company appears to have pursued aggressive market expansion without the necessary operational discipline, financial controls, or clear return on investment. New branches and growth initiatives seem to have been launched before the business model was fully proven, which has created pressure across the organization. Recent leadership decisions have also been concerning. Some leaders appear disconnected from day-to-day execution and do not always treat individual contributors with the respect or transparency needed to build trust. Communication can feel dismissive, and accountability does not always appear to be applied consistently across levels. The office environment is another concern. Facilities need significant attention, including basic renovations and workplace condition improvements. Employees should not have to work in an environment where building maintenance, cleanliness, or potential health and safety concerns are left unresolved. Overall, the company would benefit from stronger leadership accountability, clearer strategic priorities, improved financial discipline, better treatment of employees, and a more professional workplace environment.

Pros

Schedule: The work schedule was reliable and predictable, which made planning outside of work much easier. Pay: Compensation was fair and competitive for the position. Team: A handful of coworkers genuinely cared about the quality of work and collaborated well, which made certain tasks more enjoyable.

Cons

•Targeting of New Employees: Senior staff often singled out newer employees, creating a hostile environment and contributing to random terminations. Management & HR Favoritism: Leadership consistently protected certain employees, even when they violated policies or failed to perform their duties, while others were punished without cause. Unreliable Terminations: Employees were frequently fired for unclear or inconsistent reasons, reflecting a lack of systematic accountability. Poor Leadership & Organization: There is minimal oversight or structured management. Shipping, receiving, and daily operations lack proper systems, leaving staff without clear direction. Unsafe & Unclean Conditions: The warehouse has numerous hazards, malfunctioning equipment, and poor overall maintenance, creating unsafe working conditions. Unethical & Negative Culture: Decisions often prioritize favoritism and protection rather than following company policies, leading to widespread disorganization and low morale. Lack of Necessary Equipment: Employees are expected to work without the tools or resources necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
