Pros

Cons
I honestly don't even know where to begin with how horrible my experience was working for CRES Management. If you're considering working for or with them, please think twice. The work environment was toxic, stressful, and mentally draining from day one. Upper management seemed to have a knack for stirring the pot and pitting employees against each other. It was almost like they took pleasure in creating division and distrust among the team. One of the most frustrating aspects was the complete lack of leadership. They hired an utterly incompetent regional manager who not only had no idea what they were doing but also openly admitted to trying to create tension and turn us against each other. I’m not exaggerating – the regional manager actually confessed to this behavior to another employee. How is that even acceptable in any professional setting? Training? Don’t bother asking for it. Despite multiple requests for proper training and tools to help us succeed, we were given nothing. We were expected to figure everything out on our own, which was nearly impossible given how poorly things were organized. No support, no guidance – just thrown into the fire with no way to succeed. The marketing department was just as bad. What should’ve been a professional, efficient team was instead a disorganized mess. Most of the marketing work had to be done in-house by employees who had no expertise in the area, leading to subpar results. It's honestly baffling that a company of their size couldn't even manage to handle basic marketing needs, let alone give us the resources or tools we needed to improve the situation. In short, CRES Management is a toxic, dysfunctional company with no regard for its employees. The management is completely out of touch, and the entire experience was mentally exhausting. If you're looking for a place where you can thrive and feel supported, this is not it. Save yourself the stress and find a company that values its employees and knows how to manage effectively.
