literally nothing, it used to be a promising agency with a good potential but it all went down hill when all the right people left.

- The space is more of an apartment, not suitable for an office environment. - No growth or career development potential. - Management is very ineffective. - The CEO (A.H) seems to prioritize females and overall personal appearances when hiring, focusing on physical attractiveness. If she is friendly with his advances, she may receive favorable treatment, while those who don’t may face challenges. - The management is manipulative, often making promises that are never fulfilled. - Salaries are frequently delayed. There was one occasion where we were asked to accept a 25% salary reduction for three months due to financial issues. We were told that if we didn’t agree, someone would be let go. We agreed out of solidarity, but the salary cut didn’t apply to a few employees who were close to the CEO, and they were all females of course. - The CEO (A.H) engages in inappropriate behavior with female employees, which is not acceptable at all. - The company struggles to retain talented people. What was once a promising agency has seen many employees leave due to the poor management practices. - The work environment is toxic, with manipulation and office politics being common. - The Managing Director (MF), who used to be an Art Director, treats female employees poorly, though she may be more agreeable to those who become her personal friends. She often spends her time gossiping and creating unnecessary drama while not contributing much to the company’s work. - Clients tend to have limited budgets and the projects are not very rewarding. - Salaries are consistently delayed, with no compensation for overtime. - The media production team lacks the necessary quality and expertise. - The finance team manager (WH) has not been effective in handling the company’s financial matters. - The equipment and office supplies are of low quality, including iMacs, accessories, chairs, and hard drives. - The company has started promoting junior employees to managerial positions, many of whom lack the necessary experience and skills. - It’s advisable to reconsider joining or staying with this company.
