Pros
There’s lots of great things about the company. The employees are brilliant and everyone tries to stand out among their peers in terms of job performance. Training and onboarding is great and there’s a system in place for active transfer of knowledge from senior staffers to more junior staffers even in quarantine. Client decisions are left to the more experienced account teams and are generally made without managerial approval. Managers tend to lead by example and, place the needs of their staff above their own. What the company seems to do best is channel vision into concrete plans of actions. Strategies are adjusted for each customer and situation but decisions are always in the best case of the clients. There is no shortage of work -- clients are definitely the number one focus here.
Cons
There is still too much busy work which needs to be automated. Client demands are hard and many accounts suffer from scope creep.
