New Management Resulted in Loss of Company Values - Anonymous employee Bühler Group Employee Review

When the previous President of NAM (Rene) left the organization, the culture and values that made me love working here disappear. Upper management now just cowtows and are puppets to Switzerland and do not value their employees at all whatsoever, even long term loyal employees. One of the VPs has had multiple complaints of sexual harassment towards younger females and nothing has been done about it as this individual continues to be handed more and more responsibility.
