Highly skilled team who are always willing to collaborate and share their knowledge. Great camaraderie and team events. Management is solid and really cares for the team members.

After-hours work required sometimes due to customer maintenance windows, but they allow offsetting time during the week.

No egos. You get to work with some seriously smart people who do not hoard knowledge. If you get stuck, just ask and they will gladly help. If someone is working on something that looks cool to you, just ask to help. There are no rigid walls between teams and customers. We get the job done for the customer using whatever resources we need. I have been here over a year and I still come in every day because I want to, not because I have to. If you are even a little curious then I would encourage you to apply. We have a pretty good team that looks out for each other. That is rare to find these days.

It is still IT, and you will get maintenance windows in the middle of the night, but you are not expected to be in the next morning or anything. If you like the same kind of project or ticket over and over again, you will not get it here. I don't really think that is a con per-se but some people might consider it a con.
