      - Friendly team - Fun senior leadership - Diverse CMS development opportunities

      Cons

      - Below national average pay for junior and lower mid-level developers. Note however that if you're a VT local the pay is right about on par with market average. - Not an actual con, but subjectively: it's an agency, if you don't really enjoy building themes or plugins for WP, Magento, or Shopify (although there is occasional opportunity to do other things) it's probably not where you'd be happiest long-term.

      Pros

      One of the few tech jobs in the greater Burlington area. Owners are kind as they come, fair, and care about their employees and clients. It's hard (skilled) work, but it pays well and the work environment is comfortable, albeit occasionally as quiet as can be.

      Cons

      Lots to learn, not always time to teach it. You might want to enter this job confident in your abilities, because they will be utilized. Fake it til you make it does not apply here. Not so much a con, as a warning.
