- Can get hectic when understaffed and you have to deal with multiple kids at once - Lack of strict lesson outline can be a little difficult if you're just starting out but learning how to teach others helps you learn the material better anyway - Monthly pay - Dealing with kids who have no respect for authority is always difficult, be ready to keep calm - Sometimes they ask you to be in charge of certain tasks and it's a little unclear for what purpose, but I suppose you'll get that in any job
