      Pros

      - The management is well-experienced and knowledgeable enough to help me excel in my career. - I got to interact with various departments while working on one of the projects that provided me with a great scope of learning - I felt challenged. It changed my attitude toward my job and responsibilities. - I am impressed by the leadership team for binding everyone together and creating an environment where everyone can learn from each other along the leadership team themselves and grow together.

      Cons

      Can't call it a con, there is a slight area for improvement in the work-life balance.

      Thank you for your kind words. //OFFICE SPACE: We moved to WeWork which offers best in class facilities to all team members. ;) //WORK-LIFE BALANCE: Very hard to understand why you say so. 90% of the employees leave office at 5:00/5:30 PM and all by 6:30 PM. Nobody works on weekends. Only in rare cases , when we are behind schedule or close to delivery do we work late night for few days or couple of weekends. I would say, such cases across the team are no more than 3-4 times a year.
