A very good place to learn and grow. Variety of tech stacks and frameworks starting from NoSQL, sql dbs, messaging systems, payment systems, spring boot, play, ETL, Angular etc. There are many challenging opportunities for doing performance optimization, designing, and architecture-related work. Any capable junior resource can also take part in designing and architecting actively. The company has won potential clients and projects over the last few years and has a very constructive marketing team, product team, client support team. I see a very good growth perspective here both from the organization level as well as for the developers to learn and grow. The ambience and work culture are good. Many good and knowledgeable is persons are here to work with. Payscale, hike depends on the performance and knowledge growth & importance, but far better than MNCs.
