The company has shown improvements over time after went through several HR and admin (for example, salary payments were now paid earlier; basic office facilities and cleanliness have improved).
Colleagues are friendly and supportive.
Cons
Benefits are limited, Bonuses are less than one month, and leave policies offer little flexibility ( u cannot take more than 1 week/ might need to work during PH without extra pay). Rapid growth was followed by frequent organizational restructuring, including staff reductions. Not generous.
