Everyone is so nice and helpful; they are all in it together. Mistakes are allowed and welcome. Mike (boss) believes making mistakes helps growth. I have learned so much from this Job. They allow you to work towards what you want to learn. You never feel trapped or bored. Coming up on my third year, this place and the people have felt like family. I can't convey the amount of appreciation I have for Mike and the team.

Bytecafe is always open to helping you reach your professional goals by providing various opportunities for training and steps that will need to be taken in order to move up/get promoted. They are also very open to the opinions of the employees and how the company operations, processes, etc. could be made easier and more concise.

May become stressful when multiple tickets, especially big projects, come in all at once; although this is par for the course in IT.
