Rampant favoritism demonstrated by those in leadership roles. Work politics became blockers and prevented projects from being completed within reasonable timelines. Unprofessional behaviors were commonly accepted, such as using profanity, yelling, bullying, gossiping. RTO 5 caused overcrowding in an office that could not spatially accommodate. Unhealthful working conditions, such as dirty desks (desks were unassigned and shared), unclean restrooms, food poisoning and inanimate objects/bugs in food that was provided by the company.
