Pros

RTO was 3 days when I started. Some kind and smart people. Pay is OK for market.

Cons

Located in Times Square. Toxic work culture steeped in misogyny. The most entitled whiny employees who make a big deal whenever they don't get their way. Constantly moving targets and KPIs. If you're someone who like autonomy, this place is not for you. They only want worker bees who can produce as much output as possible. Work culture breeds insecurity and cut throat mentality. Collaboration is not rewarded and is almost impossible as everyone hoards the credit for themselves. Vague deliverables and KPIs. Amenities are no where near similar companies. Pantries are basic and no unlimited PTO. RTO is 4 days for most teams and 5 for some but not enough space. You are treated like a number, a data point and nothing else unless you're liked by leadership, a man, or high on the corporate ladder. And DEI? They made such a big deal about it when recruiting, but found out that all ERG budgets were slashed and the DEI team was practically disbanded. Everything is performative with lots of backstabbing. If you value integrity, transparency, honesty, stay far away from this place.
