Required to work out office hours without any payment. Impact on salary increment if don't comply. -Toxic environment with widespread mistrust on the senior management with manipulative policies - Lack of clarity over Performance review expectations with (No increments/bonus/internal transfer not allowed) -Frequent changes on SOP/ KPI lacking clarity & communication. -Overall, high employee turnover rate as organization practices short term approach, lacking leadership and clear direction
