Work on a product beloved by Billions. You are a very attractive hiring prospect coming out of TikTok.
Cons
Reviews here underplay the Chinese grind structure. You will be expected to complete projects that take 3 weeks in 1. You will find very few employees that make it past even the 2 year mark there because of the grind culture. I had a very talented tech lead that straight up left. Let me tell you now. You won't vest the majority of your stocks. Also the majority of employees don't make bonus. This is by design.
