Pros

Great opportunity to make an impact for a global company that continues to rise. It's great that the organization is such a diverse team. You are given a lot of responsibilities and have many opportunities to have your voice heard. Especially as a millenial, I felt like other organizations I was a part of (where my managers were much older), my opinion or insights weren't taken seriously. It's different here. A lot of opportunities to move up fast with performance and being that team player.

Cons

Sometimes the meals provided for lunch and dinner can be a miss. But it's been improving as of recent.
