Lengthy work hours. Do not expect any clear R&Rs especially in teams that are led by Chinese leaders. Increasingly lack of diversity across leadership positions. Long meetings and excessive reporting is the norm. Expect to be treated with some level of disrespect in meetings if you did not deliver or present in the way they wanted.
