      Good people within your immediate team Gaining a bit of extra experience Pay is OK apart from the old bait and switch salary told over the phone vs. salary stated in contract

      Unrealistic expectations High turn over of staff Management make poor decisions and front line staff get blamed for it Was told a salary rate over the phone, only to find it was much less when the contract came to sign. Of course by that time I had put in my resignation at my old job...
