PEOPLE are amazing and the group is small enough that you know everyone personally. Very young and ambitious culture. Leadership really cares and takes the time to develop each employee. The teams are well integrated
Cons
It's a startup, so things are constantly changing! If you can't adapt well to change, it wouldn't be a good fit.
